I have been looking for this specific car for two months and have had bad experiences at different dealerships. When I saw this dealership online I felt like this was the one. I had an appointment with and and have had bad experiences at different dealerships. When I saw this dealership online I felt like this was the one. I had an appointment with and he was very nice. Purchased vehicle air was lost in back right tire asked about it was told that it just needed refilled, then proceeded to have a issue the next week and not replace the sensor that they took out after tell about it was told that it just needed refilled, then proceeded to have a issue the next week and not replace the sensor that they took out after telling me that it was perfectly fine. This was my very first time at a car dealership and I thought it would be a rough experience and/or a lot of trying to convince me to just get the car no matter what so the employee could get the commiss thought it would be a rough experience and/or a lot of trying to convince me to just get the car no matter what so the employee could get the commission, but to my surprise I was treated with great customer service. Remington Thompson is who helped me and he made the experience light, fun, easy, and just all around a great experience. I would totally recommend him and Spitzer of Mansfield to anyone !
