TERRIBLE - went in for a simple oil change, and windshield wiper issue but ended up with an array of added problems that were irrelevant to my initial visit - without the windshield water dispenser windshield wiper issue but ended up with an array of added problems that were irrelevant to my initial visit - without the windshield water dispenser even being fixed in the first place. Ford technicians scratched and damaged my car at multiple areas. They also damaged parts to my inner car wall, which were unannounced and unbeknownst to me until I investigated and filed the complaints on my own. My car was returned to me in disarray, which resulted in my complaints. My car was then kept at their service center for the entire month of May to “reconcile” the added problems. They stated the scratches will be fixed by their body shop, and it came back a month later without being addressed! With yet more added scratches on both foot racks of the car. Clearly made by laying tools on the foot rack and mishandling. I have never dealt with such incompetence and idiocy from any car dealership service center, stemming from management, liaisons, to technicians - AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COST. This place is a NIGHTMARE. I started my service with them on 4/30, I got my car back 5/27, STILL DISSATISFIED with their services and treatment. This place deserves 0 STARS, and FORD corporate really needs to investigate my case and matter. More

Mirza worked with me on the purchase of my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport, which I love and is already my favorite car that I have ever owned, which is saying something considering how we all feel about our fir Bronco Sport, which I love and is already my favorite car that I have ever owned, which is saying something considering how we all feel about our first cars from childhood. He walked me through basically every version of the Ford Bronco on the lot, from the regular to the Sport and to all its different versions, before we ultimately settled on the sand-colored Ford Bronco Sport Badlands that was sitting in the showroom. I’ve had the car a few weeks now and it’s exactly what I wanted in an SUV. He even listened to me when I was very specific about what kind of engine I wanted, instead of pushing something more elite or that the dealership wanted me to own, he worked with me to find what I wanted (the one with the bigger, harder to find engine), not what he wanted me to buy, which is rare in salesmen, at least in my experience. 5/5. Would buy from Mirza again. More
