THIS IS A COPY AND LASTE FROM MY ORIGINAL GOOGLE REVIEW POSTED ON 5/22 with an update today I am pretty livid about this place. we were there in march 2021 and the sale experience was fine, our salesman POSTED ON 5/22 with an update today I am pretty livid about this place. we were there in march 2021 and the sale experience was fine, our salesman reggie was good. we told him what we wanted to pay bottom line at the end and he made it work......but it took us about 6 hours to get out of there. we ended up leaving with a used mercedes. after a couple days of driving, the service alert came on for new brakes. we spoke and they said they'd take care of it. then they asked for the wheel locks, which were NOT provided when we got the car. apparently the previous owner did not leave them in the car. so what did they do? EVERYTHING wrong. they "somehow" got the wheel locks off but they installed the brake pads incorrectly and instead put in lug bolts that does not actually fit the car. how did I find this out? well, a couple of days ago, my car started making this horrible screeching sound so I took it directly to mercedes to have it looked at and now I need new rotors and pads and new lug bolts. THANKS eastchester, you did a quality job. btw, service department also does not communicate with you. they dont pick up the phone and they do not provide updates on your car when they hold it for DAYS unless you reach out to them first. they claim that "due to covid" they are understaffed. 🙄🙄 6/5 update: my husband drove from LI to the bronx on 6/1 to speak to the service department about getting reimbursed for their botched work. he provided pictures and paperwork and the service manager said he needs to submit it and they will cut us a check and to check back in two days. service dept does not pick up the phone or call us back. 6/14 update: no check. husband reached out today, no response. someone responded to my yelp review and said that she was going to forward this review to her manager but no one has reached out to me YET funny how they can respond to the good reviews but here I am getting ignored 🤔🤔🤔🤔 More
