Made an appointment for 10:30 AM. When I pulled into the service bay, they said they didn't have me on the schedule, but would check. Service manager came out to tell me that the up When I pulled into the service bay, they said they didn't have me on the schedule, but would check. Service manager came out to tell me that the upgrade would take longer as the latest version had to be downloaded and the download was going slow. The whole evolution took about 2 hours to complete. I wish that the technician had replaced the cables he removed, as well as put my seat back at least approximately. My car seat doesn't have the "memory" feature that the EX-L has. Overall, I am satisfied with the work that was done to update my information system, and I haven't encountered any further issues with it. Thanks. More
