Have their pros and cons. Purchasing the car was smooth without hassle. It was quick since there was no financing or warranty purchasing. Unfortunately, something must have gone wrong in the registration process because it took 9.5 weeks for my plates to arrive at the dealership. My sales representative had to defer to the titling department for status. No one from that department ever responded to the voicemails I left, nor chat sessions through their help interface. The only way I ever got information for why the process was taking so long was by visiting the dealership again in person, where I was finally able to talk to someone in titling directly. The reasons given for the delay were not satisfactory - implying there had been no mistakes, and they were just backed up. If that is the only reason, they may need to improve processes and add more personnel. In the end, whatever they had to do to complete the process got done, so it worked out alright, but I found the communication during the experience to be severely lacking. More

It was a pleasure to come in to 5 Star Chevrolet. First they had what I have been looking for. The showroom actually had cars and Trucks in the showroom. I was at a Chevy Dealers close to my home it First they had what I have been looking for. The showroom actually had cars and Trucks in the showroom. I was at a Chevy Dealers close to my home it had no cars in the showroom. Lloyd is an excellent Salesman he is personable and good listener and professional. Matt is excellent and every person I talked with Was a pleasure to work with. In fact it felt like I was in a Cadilac Dealership. I would go so far as,saying they should be the GM model. I have loved General Motors my entire life. My wife and I are very pleased with my Malibu Premier. Keep up the good work. Always always make continuous improvements a priority. This survey is great and should be used for that. Customer satisfaction and great service will go a long way to your growth and longevity for Chevrolet and GM. More

Our transaction was totally satisfying. I bought my Camaro SS sight unseen, other than the correspondence thru e-mails. I started e-mailing with Regina, who was very responsive and helpful. I bought my Camaro SS sight unseen, other than the correspondence thru e-mails. I started e-mailing with Regina, who was very responsive and helpful. She handed my off to Franko in Sales. Franko sent me several videos of the car, and took requests for the next video. When Franko and I had agreed to a price, he handed my off the Gio. Gio walked my thru the cash purchase and was very patient waiting for my money to be wired to them. Franko had agreed to have the car delivered to my house some 200+ miles from Carrolton. He quoted me $535 dollars for enclosed shipping. The car got to our house when scheduled, and Franko has not asked for the shipping to be reimbursed. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless car purchase. I'm 68, so I've bought many cars. Probably my easiest car purchase to date. Highly recommend Five Star, and especially Regina, Franko and Gio. Thanks again guys! More

I was very impressed with the hospitality and kindness of everyone I encountered at Five Star Chevy. Though it was not a quick process, everyone was very thoughtful, kept me updated on the process and even p everyone I encountered at Five Star Chevy. I don't have my vehicle yet, but am looking forward to working with the Five Star team again soon! More
