Raves for Reggie Reggie Morton is an excellent representative for Ford. He helped us make a logical decision between Edge & Explorer. We choose Edge. Reggie was always affable, professional & responsive. Ford is fortunate to have him in their employ. I found that the Kelly Ford website to be somewhat misleading. For the Memorial Day sale, it stated $ 4000 in Kelly Ford discounts. I received $ 2500 in discounts & approximately $ 1500 off the suggested retail price since I am eligible for X-Plan pricing through the Disabled American Veterans organization. I have purchased many Fords from other dealerships who deducted the discounts from the X-Plan price. In this situation, I believed I'd receive $ 4000 off the X-Plan price not $ 2500? The pricing was decided sales management, not Reggie. More

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Kelly Ford and have been satisfied both times. Another dealership told us they didn't have time to make repairs to our vehicle and said we should consider taking it someplace else. We did and instead of repairs we upgraded. Their loss and Kelly Ford's gain. More

Excellent Customer Service I purchased a used Ford F150 Lariat last week. I noticed a small chip in the windshield that was in my line of vision. I could not find the card that I purchased a used Ford F150 Lariat last week. I noticed a small chip in the windshield that was in my line of vision. I could not find the card that came with the owners manual to reprogram the keypad on the driver side door and also I noticed a piece of rubber molding surrounding the driver side door had pulled loose from 3 of the pins that hold it to the body of the truck. I called and spoke to my salesman Reggie Morton and told him of my findings. Without hesitation, Reggie asked me what day and time would be convenient for ME to bring the truck in so they could address my findings. I gave them a date and time to come in for the keypad and the molding, I arrived and was met by Charlie Algieri who personally drove me to the service area where those two items were completed within 10 minutes. Reggie came to the service area to make sure I was being cared for and then I was escorted back to the front and on my way. The customer service I received at the dealership was beyond my expectations!!! As far as the windshield, they sent someone to my home to fix the windshield right in my driveway!!!!! This dealership is top notch!!!! I would highly recommend Kelly Ford to anyone purchasing a vehicle new or used, I can't say enough good things about the people who work here and the quality of vehicle I now have!! My apologies to the gentleman in the service department who helped me, I don't remember his name but he was polite, funny, quick and efficient. More

Excellent Experience I purchase a vehicle about every 2-3 years. I hate it because of the whole process and usually end up agitated by the time it's over. This was definit I purchase a vehicle about every 2-3 years. I hate it because of the whole process and usually end up agitated by the time it's over. This was definitely the exception!! Reggie Morton met me in the parking lot with a smile and showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy or badgering like most sales reps are. I felt like everything I said and wanted mattered and Reggie was willing to do everything to make it happen. Charlie Algieri was more than accommodating when it came to a fair price. I came in with my own financing already secured but Sandy Smith wanted to try and beat my interest rate. She did by a long shot!! Cheryl Shaton was excellent in explaining how to use all the "bells & whistles" in my new truck. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Reggie, Charlie, Sandy and Cheryl you guys are ROCK STARS in my book!!! Thank you for a pleasant experience, you will definitely see me again. Michelle VB More

My experience with Kelly Ford I recently purchased a new car from Kelly Ford and my Salesman was Reggie Morton. Normally I hate going into a car dealership because of the vulture I recently purchased a new car from Kelly Ford and my Salesman was Reggie Morton. Normally I hate going into a car dealership because of the vulture like pressure they put on you. From the first drs.ay of entering the dealership to the end of the deal, I couldn't have had a better experience. I originally was going to purchase an Escape, but realized it was too small and ended up with the Edge with all the bells and whistles. My Salesman, Reggie Morton is the nicest Salesman I have ever met, no pressure at all. We took the car out for a drive and he said go wherever you would like to see how it drives. I took it all over town and on the Interstate, never any pressure to get back to the dealership. I cannot rave enough about him or the dealership. Everyone from the parts and service department and Salesfloor are all top notch and very Customer Service oriented. Mrs. Chris Duncan did all she could for me to get my discounts, since I was recently retired from Lowes. If I ever need another car, I would not hesitate to purchase the car at Kelly Ford. Everyone who I came in contact with at Kelly Ford really seem to like their jobs which means it's a great place to work. Even Cheryl who took over an hour to show me how the radio and navigation and all dashboard items work. They all said not to hesitate to call if I have any questions or problems. The staff was very courteous to us from the time we entered the property until departure. Harold was very instrumental in helping us through the process of purchasing our new vehicle, answering all questions and giving us a detail tour on the properties of the vehicle. Curtis was also very helpful going over special details and features of the car. Overall, this was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Reggie and Charlie are all about customer satisfaction. I bought a 2014 Fusion Hybrid. It was in excellent condition except the previous owner smoked. Reggie and Charlie provided excellent service to remove the odor. It took a few times but they did not give up on me after the sale. The service department has been great too. It has been a pleasure working with Reggie. He returns calls promptly and works hard to resolve any issues. I would recommend Kelly Ford to everyone. I have full intentions of buying my next car through them. More
