This was one of the worst experiences of buying a car I could have gotten. The communication throughout the whole dealership was terrible. At first I called in and asked for out the door price on a jeep g could have gotten. The communication throughout the whole dealership was terrible. At first I called in and asked for out the door price on a jeep grand Cherokee, was give a quick response with a fair price. I was told by the sales man and his manager to come by and test drive it the next day. I came in the next day to test drive the jeep and neither that salesman or his manager was working that day. So Reggie was the unlucky one who stopped and asked if I needed help ,looking to make a commission. As soon as he heard I already had a salesman, he became super unhelpful. The guy I spoke to about the car called me instantly saying he would be there in about 20 minutes, I was in a little time crunch, just wanted to test drive and maybe buy the car if I liked it, so I asked Reggie if he could have the car brought up so I could look at it while I waited for the other sales guy to get here...he told me he didnt want to do anything or step on any toes since he wasnt getting paid for it. I told him that put a bad taste in my mouth about the dealership because he didnt want to help just because he wasnt getting anything for it. So he reluctantly went to talk to his manager and finally got the car. And was pouting about it saying he was the middle man now till the other sales man got here. He took me on a test drive and I found a few issues that I wanted fixed before I bought the car, but I wanted the car. Radio screen was unreadable, common in jeeps, dodges and gm vehicles. but nessaary in order to be able to function all the vehicles accessories...especially this limited edition jeep. I wanted the screen replaced, a new one ordered. Now that Reggie was gonna be lead on this sale he wanted to start acting like a sales man since the other sales guys still hadn't shown up yet. But since I had already settled on a price and there was no room for credit hikes or amendments add on's he was trying keep as much of his commission as possible. Told me the sales price i got was as is, I would have to pay to have the screen replaced, like the 19k sales price wasnt enough. I was ready to walk out the door. He proposed going to his manager and asking if they could order a new radio and split the cost of the screen...$800, which if you look on line only cost about half that... but I agreed to pay the $400. Signed the promise agreement and even put $1000 down and agreed to sign all ownership papers and loan papers when I took possession of the car, once the radio screen came in. I was told 3-5 days for the screen to come in. I informed them my wife was using a rental car at the moment and to let me know as soon as the car is ready so we didnt have to continue tonpay for the rental, oh and we live 50 miles away as well. Reggie said he would be my eyes and ears and would let me know as soon as it was ready... now that he was getting a sale. That was on June 23. On Tuesday the 30th I called Reggie to see if he had heard anything... he hadn't even looked into it. Called me back an told me that it should be her by Friday. On Thursday I called to see if we were good to go for Friday, still paying for a rental ,I was getting frustrated. No news on the part. So he went and talked to his sale manager, who informed me that the screen came in with a scratch and sent it back and the part was supposed to be here on Friday but because of the 4th it could be delayed a few day. I told him we were paying for a rental and this should of been relayed to us when he sent it back.. he didnt know we were paying for a rental and offered to get us a loner car so we could return the rental. A week later and no news. I informed Reggie i was coming to sign paperwork and take possession of the car. When the screen came in I would bring it back up to install. They didnt want to install old screen until I talked to GM sales manager. Papers signed and promise to let me know when part came in. Still no screen as of today. More

Just when we thought our experience with Reggie couldn't get any better, he proved us wrong. Our car-buying journey didn't stop with the new Volkswagen we purchased for our 25th wedding anniversary. Just get any better, he proved us wrong. Our car-buying journey didn't stop with the new Volkswagen we purchased for our 25th wedding anniversary. Just one week later, we returned to the dealership to trade in another vehicle. This time, our situation was a little different. We weren't in the budget for another new car, but we still wanted something reliable, practical, and affordable for our everyday commute. Once again, Reggie listened carefully to what we needed and went to work. He didn't try to push us into something outside our budget. Instead, he took the time to search for a vehicle that checked all the boxes. After exploring several options, he found the perfect match—a 2023 Volkswagen Taos with low mileage that fit comfortably within our budget. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and perfect for our daily commute. Just like our first purchase, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Reggie kept us informed every step of the way and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied with our decision. What stands out most about Reggie is his ability to adapt to different situations and still deliver exceptional service. Whether you're purchasing a brand-new vehicle for a special occasion or searching for a quality pre-owned vehicle on a budget, he treats every customer with the same level of care, respect, and dedication. Once again, the dealership staff was welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. It was another enjoyable experience from start to finish. Kudos to Reggie for delivering once again! Two purchases in two weeks, two completely different situations, and two outstanding experiences. Thank you for your hard work, patience, and commitment to helping us find the right vehicles for our needs. You've earned customers for life. We forgot to say Thank you to Paul F. as well. More
