I started out going on SAMSCLUB to get some pricing and finding the the right vehicle in stock. I found the vehicle at Dave Taylor Ellisville, so I called for an appointment.to test drive. When I arrived t finding the the right vehicle in stock. I found the vehicle at Dave Taylor Ellisville, so I called for an appointment.to test drive. When I arrived they assigned me Reed Raleigh to help set up my test drive and answer any questions I had. My wife and I took it for a test drive and liked it. I had a price I wanted for my trade in and after a year earlier at another dealer I gave up when they didn't want to deal. So I didn't expect anything. Reed Raleigh sat and talked and wanted to know what kind of deal I wanted and he figured it up and got it approved. I said we would have to go home to decide. He said if you have a deal we can work on it if I buy it today. I dropped it quite a bit more and he said he didn't expect them to except but went ahead and asked. He came back with an approval which really surprised me. We worked through the paperwork and he saved me more. I was not prepared to buy that night so he helped me transfer all the stuff from my old van to the new van. While they were cleaning the new van up I was with the Finance person and he explained everything and answered all questions. My whole ordeal was a little less than 2 hours. The next day I took my title and paperwork back to Reed and asked him to set up a couple of things on the new van. He worked with me slowly so that I could see how to set up some things. I was very pleased with Reed's, The Finance person and Justin for such a pleasing experience. More
