Awful experience. I looked at a used subaru with 6k miles on it and was interested in buying it that day. - I asked for the Car Fax, and they dove into negotiations I looked at a used subaru with 6k miles on it and was interested in buying it that day. - I asked for the Car Fax, and they dove into negotiations without providing it. - Their start price for negotiations was 30% more than what was listed online. I expected title and tax fees, but a 30% increase is bogus. - The price they asked for was $2k more than the Subaru dealer was offering to sell a brand new model with a nicer trim (and all the free oil changes et al that comes with purchasing from them). - Overall very pushy, didn't want to work with me, tried to coerce me into buying something that was in no way worth it. More
