Had been searching the internet for a blue Ford Edge with 6 cylinder engine for about 3 months. Finally found one at James River Ford in Ozark, MO. Went in to test drive it and was told that it was a new arr 6 cylinder engine for about 3 months. Finally found one at James River Ford in Ozark, MO. Went in to test drive it and was told that it was a new arrival, and was still being checked out by their shop. This was on a Saturday. I was unable to drive the car, but did get to see it and take some pics. The sales man took my info and told me that he would call me it was ready for sale. He introduced me to his manager, and he told me that he would give me the first crack at buying the car. They sold the car to another buyer the following Monday, without even contacting me. Worst sales experience I have ever had. I would rate them lower than zero stars if possible. More
