In ways that I can’t really describe, I felt more taken care of during our conversation and the process than I have with any past dealership or service advisor. I had my truck towed into the dealership with a not starting issue on a Thursday. They jumped on it the next Monday and found out i needed a new starter, which was under warranty and I got it back all starting issue on a Thursday.
