Ray was amazing. No pressure and made frequent calls to keep us updated on the release/arrival of the 2025 ID Buzz, Louis helped us choose which ID Buzz from the inc No pressure and made frequent calls to keep us updated on the release/arrival of the 2025 ID Buzz, Louis helped us choose which ID Buzz from the incoming inventory. He also kept us informed on the progress of the arrival, clearing customs and final pick up at Niello. Stephen went over all the features of the vehicle and set up my VW app and my Electrify America account. Matt was very respectful to our needs for repairs on the side window and kept us informed when the parts would arrive and reached out to set up service once the parts arrived. Transportation was set up for me when needing service. Niello also delivered my vehicle to my home once the repair was completed. More
