I have been in the car business since 1999. Subaru is my second job in the industry. I will never forget the commitment I am asking customers to make with their hard-earned money. Anyone that walks through our doors will be treated like guest in my own home. I often have told customers that I have a great view of the American Dream playing itself out in our showroom: people of every diversity with the only common denominator being hard work.

Every time I've gone to Garcia Subaru North, I've had a great experience. This last week, I decided that it's time to start looking at getting a new car. Buying a car can be super stressful, but Ray made it so much less stressful. He gave great advice and worked with me on the requests I had in order to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. I felt completely taken care of and completely unpressured, which is a huge change compared to most dealerships! This is my fifth Subaru Forrester and the third one I’ve leased from Garcia in ABQ. He makes the entire process easy and pain-free. I live in Santa Fe, but Garcia Subaru North in ABQ is worth going south leased from Garcia in ABQ. He makes the entire process easy and pain-free. I live in Santa Fe, but Garcia Subaru North in ABQ is worth going south an hour. Ray has become a friend — and he makes sure everything happens as I want it. My husband and I got to know Ray six years ago, and Dick really liked dealing with him. As a widow, he has treated me with all the courtesy one could want — and more — since Dick died. I trust Ray, and that’s important to me. Plus, I love everything about my Subaru. When I need service, I appreciate the convenience of the Santa Fe dealer, but I will never lease or buy from anyone but Ray at Garcia North. I’ve driven Lexus and Mercedes vehicles over many years, but I have to say that my many Subarus’ performance has been a real pleasure. The car just fits me somehow. Thank you, Ray. More
