I’m very disappointed with this place. We went there to get a bz4x 2025 for 259 @ month for 36 mos $3k down. False advertising, we have perfect credit, they even told us that. Hugo Acosta who we were told was the “Manager” ( he’s an Assistant Mabager) came up and offered us 309 @ month $4,900 down!!!fir 36 month lease but offered 36k miles instead of 30k at the end of the lease. Well he shook hands with us and “made a deal” and referred us to Raymond Arredondo who we told about the 36k miles and Hector confirmed it so Ray told us he MADE the change Well it wasnt true, they didn’t give us a hard copy of the contract instead a PC gadget which we needed to print. Well we couldn’t get it to print so by the time we did print it couple of days later we found out they lied and never gave us the 36k miles at the end of the lease but 30k. So, they took us for a ride No $259 but 309 per month no $3k down instead $4,900 almost $5k down because we’re seniors and we didn’t know how to print the contract. What made it worse is… we have gone there, emailed, called, left numerous messagesNO RESPONSE!! from Hugo Acosta or Raymond Arredondo neither. SILENCE is the sign of IRRESPONSIBILITY a sign of shady deal. We tried our best to get this fixed before the 30 days… we already made our payment to Toyota Financial as we are HONEST people. We are living it up to God now. More

I was selling my car on an online used car marketplace. I received a message from someone claiming to work for Hamer Toyota. I told them that unless they were able to offer me more than other dealers, I wa I received a message from someone claiming to work for Hamer Toyota. I told them that unless they were able to offer me more than other dealers, I wasn't willing to have a conversation. Their method of convincing me to sell them my car, was to tell me that idk what I'm doing, that the car has flaws and and that they were "just trying to help me sell my car. So, apparently their method of convincing someone to sell their car is to neg them into selling it to them. xxxxty behavior in real life, xxxxty behavior as a car dealer. Save yourself the time and harassment and go somewhere else. More
