No, I would not recommend NRH! My salesperson, Ray Tabathai, did not bother to introduce himself to me until after he saw my Credit report, it was then he gave me his card. Prior to that, I offered a counter offer he refused to consider. I asked for the manager and he, George Habib, accepted my offer which was more than reasonable. The following day. I attempted to find someone in the finance department to take my payoff check from my bank. Everyone at work on that Saturday refused to even acknowledge my presence. I walked to the Sales department and an exceptional young man, Ramin, offered to help. We waited for beyond 20 minutes together, even after no had waited even longer alone. No one would even respond to Ramin! One young woman, who was recently promoted, said she didn’t have the credentials to take a check but another young woman would be back directly and she had the credentials. After another 20 minutes, she appeared and said she couldn’t help!!!! Ramon went to 2 finance workers and was told they couldn’t help! There was one Asian man in his office alone with the door closed, the last young lady at the request of Ramin, approached and entered the office! She was met with loud argumentative yelling (in front of me), and as he was waving his arms aggressively he told her to leave his office, she did almost in tears!!!!! No, absolutely not would I refer or recommend your dealership. Had I been able to find the automobile someplace else, I would not have purchased it from Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos!!!! Do better!!!! More
