The initial check-in was great as was the video walking me through the initial inspection. It took quite awhile from when I got the video to when I was given the estimate to sign off on the work to be don me through the initial inspection. Decent sales people, however when I say up front that I do not want warranties or protection for various things on the vehicle, I would appreciate not still trying to be sold these items over and over.
