Lawton Kia makes every single visit so personal with their over-the-top customer service. They greet you and keep you both comfortable and informed with every update and detail of your visit. I just purchased my 2nd new Kia vehicle a month ago and the stressful process was very smooth and professional. All of the salesmen, mechanics, and financial employees help every customer they come in contact with. I've dealt with a few other Kia dealerships in the past and I will always refer my friends and family to Lawton Kia over any other dealership. My first purchase there in 2015 was my first experience with buying a brand-new vehicle. Brandon Mitchell is who helped me with the financial process back then. I was able to visit with Mr. Mitchell for a moment. It was very impressive to hear about his long career and was nice to see a familiar face from 10 years ago. More

Everyone there was kind and very helpful. However the car was very dirty. Initially the car had only a 10 percent charge; not enough to get me home to Blanchard. I came back a second time aft However the car was very dirty. Initially the car had only a 10 percent charge; not enough to get me home to Blanchard. I came back a second time after realizing that they had the specific model that I wanted. I also found out that other Kia dealers also charged $9000 extra for paying cash, so I financed the car . I did not find a cable to go with the charging nozzle which was in the back of the car. More
