RAY IS AMAZING! !! He is super attentive and listens to all my inquiries. He is very aware of all my service needs for future and past so that I am not paying for the !! He is super attentive and listens to all my inquiries. He is very aware of all my service needs for future and past so that I am not paying for the same thing over again. He know each of his customers. When he sees me he automatically knows to check if a loaner is available for me because I hate waiting hrs at the dealership and if one is not available then he goes the extra mile to see if any discounts can be applied for the wait. I have dealt with a few other reps at the Longwood location and their customer service and energy is subpar compared to Ray! I keep coming back for my service needs because of his customer service! Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post du else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously. I wasn’t going to post due to an agreement I had with the leadership but they have now failed again on upholding their agreement. This is very disappointing. Might have to start using a different location. More

We recently purchased a used 2022 cx9 from Sport Mazda North. The sales person Brandon worked with us over two days to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Had one minor issue corrected after getting it home North. The sales person Brandon worked with us over two days to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Had one minor issue corrected after getting it home and service had us in and out in no time and under warranty. Probably the most painless vehicle purchased ever and I’ve bought many. Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always expla not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do. Another common issue was the AC Motor first time they clean it and the second time they replace the motor and bringing it back the third time for the same issue.
