Very disappointed. They are supposed to have express oil changes. I stopped in around 11:15 on a Friday and was told it would be over a 2 hour wait and would I like t They are supposed to have express oil changes. I stopped in around 11:15 on a Friday and was told it would be over a 2 hour wait and would I like to make an appointment for 2:00 which I did. When I got there at 2:00 I was told again it would be at least a two hour wait. I had to leave because I was scheduled to work that evening. Made an appointment for Monday. Was an extra trip .
