Our first co This is a new sale review. We purchased a 2021 Nissan Altima Platinum car from Woodfield Nissan. Our experience was excellent. Our first contact with Woodfield Nissan was through John, their internet shopping specialist. John was easy to work with and gave me direct answers to my questions. We discussed the current customer cash offers. John made me feel comfortable so I made an appointment to visit the showroom. He told me that I should ask for Mario. When I arrived at the showroom, I was greeting by Mario, the manager. Mario was aware of my conversation with John, including the pricing. Mario introduced me to Ray, the salesman. The car I had discussed with John was already pulled up by the showroom so I could see it. I asked about a different color interior, which they had in stock, and they brought that new car over for me to see. Ray provided me with the pricing details. I made a second appointment to come back to buy the car. When I arrived, they had the car ready to go. I went to their finance manager to purchase the car. He answered my questions and the process was smooth. After we finished the paperwork, Ray explained the various controls in the car. In my opinion, everyone was professional and helpful. If a friend needs a Nissan, I will happily take them to this dealership. More

Anthony Castro referred me to this dealership and I am very glad he did. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. All the employees were very respectful and helpful. Worst car dealership experience ever. I showed up, laid everything out on the table, and they came back with a price $150 a month over what we could afford. When i questioned the price they returned with a everything out on the table, and they came back with a price $150 a month over what we could afford. When i questioned the price they returned with a price only $60 above my bottom line on the same car and claimed they forgot to factor in our down payment. At that point i asked if they had another car that they could offer and they came back with a hard no. I asked if i could see on paper how they came to the total price and was denied there. The sales manager wouldn't take the time to listen to our needs and you could tell he did not want us as customers. Dan Platteter does not care about his customers and does not deserve anyone's business. More

Don't waste your time. I've been a customer for 4 years. I recently had some service done and my vehicle was damaged. The service manager Mike was kind enough to write it into the ticket to say it was damaged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon. Every time I do business with them there is a problme. Bought a new car, and the warranty salesmen tried to slip in a "Rim Protection" package. That was a real insult. Had service for a recall done and they told me I'd need a rental car. Got the rental car and within seconds, they called saying the service was done! What a waste of my time. I believe this dalership has some real problems that no one is willing to see or deal with. You will be on the hook for their mistakes. Understand this, Woodfield Nissian just wants your money. Once they have it. You don't matter anymore. FIND A LOCAL MECHANIC YOU TRUST. Norwood Auto service is great, ask for Dave! You've been warned. Prepair for trouble if your going to Woodfield Nissian!!! More

Super Happy! I was super happy to have came here! Rey and his boss (forgot his name but he was awesome!) were very professional and nice. They took their time to get us a great deal that would suit our lifestyle. They did their best to help us get outta the hole(balance owed on trade in) we were in. We are a little over desired budget but Well worth it in 3 yrs. Rey stayed past closing hours still going over everything. They were not rushing at all whatsoever. And he even put some videos on the iPad for us to watch all the features our car had. More
