He worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for from our conversations, and he had 2 cars that matched our criteria. They were sitting there spotless and ready to view. We very quickly came to the numbers that I was looking for, and we had the paperwork in front of us very quickly. We ended leased a 2026 Kia Sorento X Line in exchange for a 2024 version. We love the Sorento! I have to say that this was a much different experience than we had with another Tucson Kia dealer when we purchased the 2024 car. We did not even consider going back to that dealer. Ray is a great guy....everything that Ray told us was true, no if's, ands, or buts! He is also very nice and funny guy! More

Refuses to return calls, buyers are passed from rep to rep with story after story. If they don't believe they can sell you a car with in an hour and at an inflated price then you are just a speed bump to rep with story after story. Screenshot everything, after receiving a written price quote from a sales manager the vehicle price was raised by over 1000 dollars in listing with rep claiming the price I had was "discounted" despite cargurus flagging it as above market value before change. Cherry picked/fake reviews, untrained sales reps (Ray) under the table deals (Jake) laughable lies (Car has been in reconditioning for 3 weeks with no work done) BBB complaint filed, AZ DOT inquiry opened. Next call is to Paul Weitman to explain Royal Kia's discrimination against buyers More
