After purchasing my pick up truck from Bob Bell Chevrolet in Belair, I took it back to have rear differential work done under warranty and they refused to do the work because I had had the engine oil changed in Belair, I took it back to have rear differential work done under warranty and they refused to do the work because I had had the engine oil changed by a local service center which had nothing to do with rear differential. after explaining my situation with Wendy and Brennan they agreed to fix the rear differential under warranty. And did so in a very timely manner. Again, I’m very happy with Jerry’s Chevrolet service department. More

after purchasing a vehicle at this dealership it needed transmission repairs. When the vehicle was ready I had to pay 556 dollars to get the car back. the vehicle came with a dealer buyers guide 30 day 1 transmission repairs. When the vehicle was ready I had to pay 556 dollars to get the car back. the vehicle came with a dealer buyers guide 30 day 1000 mile warranty. bob bell chevy refused to honor the warranty even though the repair was a drive train warranty and i had returned the vehicle in ten days with 103 miles driven. Bought a car last month from them had an issue I wanted them to look at and salesman wanted nothing to do with me and referred me to service. Service told me it would be $170 to look at it. After buying our new car a few months ago and being very happy dealing with BobBell, we took our vehicle in for its first (covered under the new vehicle agreement) oil change/maintenance visit. Just wanna happy dealing with BobBell, we took our vehicle in for its first (covered under the new vehicle agreement) oil change/maintenance visit. Just wanna let people know that they charge a $10 miscellaneous fee, which doesn’t show up on your invoice. When I asked, the cashier described it as a shop-fee that is charged each time you come in for servicing. Just disappointing in an age when I thought dealers like BobBell were getting rid of hidden fees. More

Hmmmm it pains me to write this review. This dealership has dropped the ball for the final time as it IS NOT THE 1ST or 2nd. You cannot get service for your vehicle ever... Anyone picking u This dealership has dropped the ball for the final time as it IS NOT THE 1ST or 2nd. You cannot get service for your vehicle ever... Anyone picking up the phone is a blank page and cannot assist. It's disgraceful... When my mom can't get basic service or a call back when there is an issue after you have just purchased your 4th or 5th vehicle from the same location and have my mom stressed about a vehicle that she just took off the lot a couple months ago in June 2022. To add to the disregard of us as customers, to call your sales person Miki H. still waiting for a call back... (now dont freaking bother) to whom you have been dealing with for a decade or so now is just completely unacceptable. On this last purchase I myself even spoke to a Manager there who assured me this would not happen again. Unfortunately, he never did his due diligence to tighten up ship. We will not be returning to this dealership as they have no respect for the customer AFTER your purchase. We work to hard for our coin to have a Chevy Dealership treat us like this after being a loyal customer for so long. 4 trucks.... DECADES here people.... Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air Maryland is not a place we will return to. Customer Service is not their thing apparently. On principle I may have her put this darn truck on someone's lot & switch brands like we started to.... lesson learned. This is a real review via a long period of time deal with this dealership. I see a lot of 5 star reviews & I swear it can't be possible soooo just use common sense. More

The service department is the best. They are very thorough and even took care of items that were covered under warranty.
