Everyone that I talked to lied. I was told to buy in Wisconsin if I didn't want to be lied to were there are laws against that. Ray promised oil changes applied to my vin. I had the best buying experience in my lifetime. His honesty and his warm personality and his knowledge and wisdom were a breath of fresh air. We purchased a 2022 Acura rdx aspec and my wife wanted that vehicle and ray made it happen. There were some noticeable defects on the vehicle and ray said he would take care of them, I was skeptical but after a week with ray we came to pick up our car. My mindset was that I was going to cancel the order because there was no way could do what he told us he could do, but to our surprise the work that ray had done exceeded our expectations by a mile. He went over and beyond the call of duty. As soon as my wife saw the car her eyes got big and she had one of the biggest a best smiles I have ever seen on her and that means everything to me as a husband! Ray is as good of a human being as walks this earth and it is me and my wife’s honor and pleasure to call Ray a friend and we will do all of our business from today on with Ray. I worked with Jonathan (Sales) back in 2012 in purchasing my Acadia and it was a very positive experience. On May 17, 2024 I brought my Acadia in for service. Due to the age as well as issues with my Acadia, my Acadia and it was a very positive experience. On May 17, 2024 I brought my Acadia in for service. Due to the age as well as issues with my Acadia, I was thinking that a new car would be a good idea in the "near future." However, I had not made the final decision to take the plunge. As I walked around the dealership looking at the cars, James Hoben approached me. He was friendly and non-intrusive as well and very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the cars. He asked which car I liked and got me a quote for a 2024 Terrain SLT. Even though I was just looking, James got me to the point that I purchased my new Terrain. He got me a good price and talked me through why a new car would be the best option at that time. I was impressed with his dedication to finding the right car for me and what I needed as far as pricing. I didn't walk into the dealership thinking that I was going to buy a new car that day but James definitely was the catalyst to my leaving the dealership with my new car. On the whole a good experience. I was contacted quickly after I found a car online I was interested in. I received a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door. The music was a bit loud, but something would have really stood out in terms of customer service is sending me home in my new car with a full tank of gas. It was at half a tank at least so could've been worse. The car was very clean and washed beforehand so that was great! Lastly, one of the keys went missing, but I've been assured by Ray Jando if it isn't found I will still receive a second key. Ray was easy to talk to and I know he worked to get me the best deal I could get. Ray kept the process moving along smoothly and we connected on a personal level as well. More

After chatting via online about a specific auto and confirmed price and availability we went to look/buy the car. When we arrived Ray met us at the door and we announced we chatted ahead that we were confirmed price and availability we went to look/buy the car. When we arrived Ray met us at the door and we announced we chatted ahead that we were coming to see an advertised car and showed Ray the screenshot of the car which includes price and VIN number to include buying disclaimers that we did read aforehand. Ray verified the price was correct and that he had pulled the car up front already. After a very long song and dance Ray finally said an employee pricing discount was built into all GM advertisements regarding auto sales. Ray told us we were not eligible for the discount and could not show us anything about that in writing when asked. This marked the price up significantly. We also asked to use Consumers credit Union as a financer. Ray told us Consumers wanted a huge down payment. The end result was that we were issued a different car with a completely different VIN number than we initially showed him. We did not verify the VIN number because we had no idea that we needed to. Paid more than was advertised by several thousand dollars and Consumers Credit Union staff confirmed they were not solicited to do the financing. This financial harm and mental assault is not to be forgiven. I contacted GM, MS Barra, which resulted in "Michael" calling me to tell me that GM took no responsibility whatsoever. That call only served to tell me that MS. Barra doesn't care and will not be bothered about customers being lied to and treated badly. More
