This was our first BMW purchase and the entire process went very smoothly. At no time did we feel at all uncomfortable. Our salesman Ray took much time with us before and after the purchase. He was easy to talk to and gave us great advice when choosing which model car, as well as other advice regarding the interior colors and the exterior car color.
