Ray and Brad are very nice to work with, they are genuine and very trustworthy. I do not think my husband and I would buy a car any where else. We always tell people to go to Bob Allen Ford for any car issue and very trustworthy. I do not think my husband and I would buy a car any where else. This is not our first car buying experience with Bob Allen. Since 2007, my husband and I have purchased all our vehicles from Bob Allen and every experience has been pleasant! Because we were treated Allen. Since 2007, my husband and I have purchased all our vehicles from Bob Allen and every experience has been pleasant! Because we were treated with respect from the moment we came through the door, Brad Hewlett, and his father, Bob, earned our business and respect. My first vehicle, a 2007 Edge, was "totalled-out" in a fatality accident on an Oklahoma highway. After getting home, I contacted Brad and after expressing concern for our well-being, asked what could he do to help get us into a vehicle without any hassles. I picked out a 2008 Edge and we were in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes! In 2010, My husband traded in his 2005 Fusion for a 2010 Taurus and was, again, treated with the same, excellent customer service! The transaction was again a smooth one, again, hassle-free! And when our vehicle had not arrived when we were schedule to pick it up, we were supplied with a complimentary vehicle for the weekend! Although a new car purchase was not the original plan, when we went into Bob Allen on Friday, February 3rd, I am very pleased with end results! From the moment we decided to trade in our 2008 Edge and upgrade to a 2012 Edge, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we got the vehicle with the amenities I wanted and financing that fit our budget! A big thanks to Jason, for working finance magic, Ray for searching high and low and finding my vehicle and getting it to the dealership the next day! Overall, all our car buying experiences have been positive and we tell our friends and family that if they want a great car buying experience, to visit Bob Allen Ford. THey will be glad they did! More
