Staff was great. Scheduling was easy. I needed a charger for my phone, and one of the employees let me borrow his personal one. Service was done as expected. Free co Scheduling was easy. A few areas for improvement: I got an unsolicited bid to buy my car - no thanks! And the wifi never worked, nor was there any info available on how to use it. Very inconvenient, when an oil change takes 2 hours. Lastly, my car's settings were different then when I brought it in - presumably to reset the maintenance counter, but it would be great if things were still set up as they were when I brought the car in - took me a while to reset all the display settings. More
