I asked several times for a breakdown of the number they put on the paper. Why aren’t the taxes listed? Well you know the price of the car so if you calculate you can see this final number is the tax added. put on the paper. Why aren’t the taxes listed? Well you know the price of the car so if you calculate you can see this final number is the tax added. So nothing else? I asked many many many times. This is my out the door price? Yes yes yes. They told me. Until I sat with Gerard the finance guy. They know I had to leave at 3 PM - I said if there isn’t enough time, I’ll be happy to come back in the morning. I already left the deposit. There was plenty of time they told me. And of course he doesn’t call me in until 2:45. Conveniently I am in a rush. Suddenly there are many extra fees bringing my total about 4-5 thousand more. I complained, asked if there was a video camera to go back to- and then he took off some of the fees. Then the salesman came in to apologize as if he was completely shocked. Don’t tell me it wasn’t a well played plan. I have shared this sneaky approach with many many co workers in the area- I am sure they will not be visiting this store. I bought the car but have buyers remorse. I should have called off the deal and went to another more honest dealer. More

Went back to Hyundai 110 to buyout my late brothers 2023 Tuscon that we both leased with Raven together 3 years prior . They made it very easy to get the process started and finished. Great customer service Tuscon that we both leased with Raven together 3 years prior . They made it very easy to get the process started and finished. Great customer service, everyone was respectful and polite. Addy (finance rep) and Andrew (sales rep who finished the process as Raven was not there and I had to wait for the dealer to receive the title from Hyundai motor finance) were extremely helpful, thank so you much guys! More

Raven was very good, personable, patient, and professional. Our main complaint was the unnecessary speed of the transaction. Not everyone expects to walk into a dealership and walk out with a professional. Our main complaint was the unnecessary speed of the transaction. Not everyone expects to walk into a dealership and walk out with a car the same day. We had a 4:00pm appointment and, although we had pretty much already decided which vehicle we were going to purchase, we had not expected to complete the transaction that evening and take it home. The entire process seemed unnecessarily rushed as we could have put a deposit down and come back to complete the paperwork the following day. We also did not appreciate the fact that we did not see anything in writing listing actual cost until we had already gone through the lengthy process of transferring insurance, at which point we were basically stuck. By that time it was after 9:00 (past closing time) and we felt pressured into making a quick decision about the additional warranties, etc , none of which was given to us in a clear manner for us to consider (we ended up NOT purchasing any). I realize after also recently doing business with a Nissan dealership that this way of doing things appears to be the norm, but it left us completely annoyed and dissatisfied. More

Horrible dealership. My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and they didn’t contact me about when it would be fixed. I had to follow up and they again didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got an appt & then they cancelled it on me randomly 2 weeks prior to it claiming the bodyshop was backed up & I’d have to wait months for a new appt. In the past when I did get my car repainted there, they got paint all over, inside my car and were giving me issues about it. Fully unorganized and I would recommend going elsewhere for your Hyundai issues. More
