I was presented with a Hyundai Kona SEL and, based on that presentation, proceeded with the purchase. However, after signing the paperwork and taking possession of the vehicle, I was shocked to discover that presentation, proceeded with the purchase. However, after signing the paperwork and taking possession of the vehicle, I was shocked to discover that the car I received was significantly more basic than what was originally shown and discussed with me. This discrepancy between the vehicle presented and the one delivered was completely unexpected and deeply disappointing. I expected transparency and integrity in the sales process, and this experience has left me feeling misled. I urge you to review how this situation occurred and take steps to ensure other customers do not face similar surprises. More

They jacked up the financing by making the extended warranty 4 & 6k basically 10k above average. To get my money back within the same month of purchasing it was a nightmare. I couldn’t do it through th warranty 4 & 6k basically 10k above average. To get my money back within the same month of purchasing it was a nightmare. I couldn’t do it through this dealer because Gerard was drilling the idea of bagging 3k for canceling it early with a prorate fee. When prorate fees were never initially discussed with me and it was a big bluff. I am glad I was able to contact Hyundai to get my refund claim processed. Financing team here I would not trust because I spoke with another finance manager and they admitted to high price/acknowledged the confusion of prorate fees and then later on agreed there is a 3k prorate fee just to cover Gerard’s back. Very unprofessional. Not to mention Gerard spoke comfortably about his colleagues personal accident which was inappropriately said. More

I needed one of the lease agreements (which I could not find anywhere after almost two years) so I contacted Raven and she acquired another copy for me, thank you Raven! We were planning on buying one out and trading in another for a new car but due to unfortunate circumstances I’m left with only being able to keep one car. I Will be going back to Raven to discuss end of leases when the time comes! Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new Hyundai!! More
