Never judge a book by its cover When I walked into the dealership and approach the front desk the young lady asked could she help me. I told her that I was there to see a corvette. She called the guy my appointment was with and he said he was with another customer to patch me out to someone else. There was a salesman at the desk an she asked if he would help me and said he was busy. Then she asked Raul who was just walking by if he could help me and he said yes. When we returned from the test drive the gentleman that was at the desk was sitting outside waiting on anote customer to come in. I guess because I was black he figured I was not going to buy one. Needless to say I did. Thanks Raul and the finance and general manager. More

No customer service Edit: Went to Maher Chevrolet and bought a new GMC Yukon, Good Service My wife made an appointment to test drive and possibly purchase a vehicle at Edit: Went to Maher Chevrolet and bought a new GMC Yukon, Good Service My wife made an appointment to test drive and possibly purchase a vehicle at 6 p.m. on December 8th, she drove 2 hours through rush-hour traffic to get to the appointment by 6 p.m. . She walks in the doors and they Point her to Raul which then he says we just sold the vehicle. What happened to customer service? What happened to the call to the person that is on the way with an appointment to tell them that the vehicle is being sold? It takes a lot longer than an hour to sell a vehicle. A courtesy call would have been nice so my wife didn't drive all the way out there by herself as I'm still at work and could not accompany her. This is wrong and Raul was not apologetic at all.
