I had the opportunity to work with Joe Spata, Tom Posiewwko, and Raul Tomasa, these guys were awesome. I made a long distance purchase and never once felt that I would receive anything other than outstanding service and a fair price for the vehicle and my trade. That is excatly what I got. I drove over 700 miles to make the purchase and I am happy to say that I would do it again. I was skeptical that I would be able to conduct a deal over the phone, but when I spoke to Joe, from the first call, he made it clear that there was no reason for skeptisism and my investment in time to make the trek would be worth it. He did this through his direct approach in giving me all of the information about the vehicle that I was interested in and answering all of my questions with thorough answers. Joe offered a fair price for the purchase and a fair price for my trade right away, with little negotiation required. This was refereshing and reassuring. When I arrived at the dealership, the excellent service that I had been receiving got even better. While waiting for the final delivery of the vehicle, Zach (another employee) struck up a friendly conversation and exhibited a genuine interest in my satisfaction with the process. This further confirmed to me that I had made the right decision to trust the Motor Werks team. More
