The rep did not acknowledge me at first along with she did not put down all the sevices requested such as my inspection. Terrible experience we bought a brand new vehicle and in less then 700 miles it overheated, coolant went everywhere, upon bringing it back to Kia they had NO loaner car to offer us. We never got a clear explanation of what had happened to the vehicle, just that 'it did not happen to Them' We have traded in this vehicle and will never purchase another Kia again ever . More
