We had a great experience at Criswell. Shannon and the team were attentive and helpful but not pushy. We ended up getting exactly the vehicle we needed and the price ended being about th Shannon and the team were attentive and helpful but not pushy. Was told to drive down to make a deal on a used truck the night before, on my way into a 275 mile trip was told the truck was sold. Dont use this salesman or this dealership. Complete waste of time.
