At first with Heather she was rude and unprofessional. My girlfriend and her parents have had bad experiences with her as well. I was leaving my truck there to have some work done to it and needed a loa My girlfriend and her parents have had bad experiences with her as well. I was leaving my truck there to have some work done to it and needed a loaner vehicle to be able to get to work the next day. She was rude and saying because I rescheduled my appointment online that that voided my loaner. It shouldn't have but she was rude about it and it was only after I talked to another service member and Heather's manager that I got a loaner. I don't want to have Heather anymore if I come back to Valley! More

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change and was out the door one hour and 10 minutes after arriving. This was much better than the week prior when i had an appointment to drop my truck off and was out the door one hour and 10 minutes after arriving. This was much better than the week prior when i had an appointment to drop my truck off at 10:30 am for a tire rotation. Not hearing anything all day regarding the status of the truck, I called at 4:00 pm and was told they didn’t get to it and they would have to keep it would have overnight, which wasn’t acceptable. I did talk with the service manager Randy regarding this issue. He explained what happened and that he was working to resolve it. He was honest and forthcoming which I appreciate. More
