Lou Fusz Subaru St. Peter’s and St.Louis are both great dealerships. Upfront pricing and customer first attitude! My Outback was held up due to the SOS button issue and Chris and Randy kept me appraised of the status and situation as the repair fix was being readied and applied. Now that the car has been delivered I have been driving it for the past couple of weeks and super happy with the choice of car and dealership! Thanks Fusz Team I appreciate your hard work & friendly attitude! Jeff More

I wanted to buy a new vehicle. I went to several different vehicle dealerships. It's crazy out there! Deception & double dealing during the chip shortage made buying a vehicle a di I went to several different vehicle dealerships. It's crazy out there! Deception & double dealing during the chip shortage made buying a vehicle a dicey proposition at best. Dealers marking the price of vehicles OVER Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is rampant. I don't begrudge anyone making a profit; but come on! I decided to try this dealership. It did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in the dealership I was greeted by Sales Consultant, Randy Page. He was very low key. After a test drive I picked an Outback Forrester. The negotiation was pretty painless. (And a true sticker price negotiation) After the purchase, Randy took his time explaining the features of the vehicle. I also got a "goodie" bag with a coozie, dog leash, etc. It was a very nice touch! Randy also picked me up after I returned my rental. Everyone congratulated me on my new vehicle & thanked me for my business. How refreshing! I was invited back to the dealership after several weeks so that I could ask questions about features, etc. that I didn't think of on my initial visit. They realize that a person may have more questions after leaving the lot. (Doesn't everyone?) They even gave you a $25 gas card afterward. I would recommend this dealership highly to anyone considering an auto purchase. And Randy as your Sales Consultant. Oh, and I LOVE my Forrester! Sincerely, Car Girl More

I, personally, do not find purchasing a car as a pleasurable experience. But in this case it was not a bad or annoying experience in least. Randy Page, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable of t pleasurable experience. But in this case it was not a bad or annoying experience in least. Randy Page, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable of the product, patient with my questions and concerns as well as demonstrating a very professional work ethic. Tony in the finance department was equally helpful and patient. There is so much to mentally absorb in both selecting the right vehicle and options as well as the financing and warranty provisions. It's refreshing to have a positive, no-nonsense experience at a car dealership. This is especially true given the current situation with the pandemic and the chip shortage. More
