Both my wife and I have bought cars over the years, and we both agreed that this was the most pleasant experience we had ever had. From the time we walked into the door and met with Scott, we felt welcome we both agreed that this was the most pleasant experience we had ever had. From the time we walked into the door and met with Scott, we felt welcome and part of the family. There was no pressure or pushy sales tactics. Scott showed us our options, discussed what we were looking for, and explained things and answered any questions we had. When we took a test drive, he took us through town, along country roads and on the Interstate which gave us a true measure of the car in different conditions and situations. The negotiations were simple, he offered the car at a good price, explained what was included, and we agreed on the spot. Then Randy met with us and discussed some features we might want to consider. As it had been 8 years since we last bought a car, I appreciated his describing everything and showing us other cars that had the features that he was offering. His approach was 'here are the add-ons, here is the advantages, here is the price' and let us make up our own mind without trying to push us into anything. We did purchase some 'add-ons' and have never regretted it. Then Bonnie met with us. She is truly a delightful lady. She explained the contract in great detail, showed us a detailed breakdown of the costs, arranged financing through Toyota, and showed us how much we had saved with the 0% financing that was available to us. While we were talking to Bonnie, Scott got our car ready, and then he sat with us and gave us a "tour" of our new car, explaining the manuals, then how to operate the key features of the car. He even setup my wife and my smart phones to work with the Bluetooth system. We brought the car back the next evening so the add-ons could be completed on the following day. That's when we met with Mike. Like everyone else, he made us feel at home and explained what he was going to do and then loaned us a car similar to ours to use while they did the work. When we picked up the car that evening, everyone was there. We were encouraged by everyone to come back or call if we had any questions. I truly believe we found our dealer for the rest of our lives.
