My purchase was a bit different, most of what I saw and wanted was via the internet. Many dealers do no take internet sales serious and I thought that might be the case when I contacted Kings Ford. After communicating with 4 other representatives, I ended with Lou Buchner. (I just wish I had started with him.) Lou and I spoke frankly on the phone and he totally understood where I was coming from and what I wanted. I trusted him to get the sale done and he expected me to show up to pick the truck up. I purchase 3-4 vehicles a year and my experience with Lou and Kings Ford was second to none. Lou truly wants your business and will work for you to get the job done. This was my first purchase from King's and as long as I have Lou to work with, it won't be my last. More

I was nervous because we couldn't find a 12 passenger van anywhere in Ohio and when we found it at Kings Ford we were told nobody has inquired about it and we had forst dibs on it. Even to the bigger compani anywhere in Ohio and when we found it at Kings Ford we were told nobody has inquired about it and we had forst dibs on it. Even to the bigger companies that's been buying all the vans. In the back of my mind I thought they were just telling me that and perfer to get the bigger fish instead of our small business. But they actually was getting things moving ahead so that we could purchase the 12 passenger and we DID! More
