Went in for works oil change. I requested new wiper blades and stated that I would install them myself. Also asked to have vehicle locked over as I am going on a road trip. Tech p I requested new wiper blades and stated that I would install them myself. Also asked to have vehicle locked over as I am going on a road trip. Tech put on the wiper blades and I asked for the old ones back. They did not inspect my vehicle. This is not the first time I have had incompetency issues at this dealership. I will be getting rid of my ford because if the issues I have had. I will never buy ford again More

Great service, bought the car for my son before the holidays. After three weeks the car wouldn't start, figured it was the battery but wanted to make sure. Brought it in they changed the battery and holidays. After three weeks the car wouldn't start, figured it was the battery but wanted to make sure. I had a 7:30 appt for an oil change and did not get out until 9:30. If you don’t have enough mechanics, make less appointments. Came in for an oil change, which was completed extremely quickly. An issue with us never having transferred the warranty over from my in-laws was brought to our attention. The staff, Randy in particular, wa quickly. An issue with us never having transferred the warranty over from my in-laws was brought to our attention. The staff, Randy in particular, was very helpful in getting everything straightened out. We've never had a problem with this dealership, the service work, salesmen, or any of the employees. Waited too long for recall part. Had to call dealership for parts arrival constantly. Was given 2 different parts included explanation. But in the end all parts were included and installed but no explanation when job was completed I gad to look at vehicle for myself to see the end results. Also no complimentary car wash like other dealerships I've had work done. They could have been a bit more friendly in greeting I felt like just another number thar had to be dealt with. More
