I just received my floor and trunk mats for my Audi etron delivered to my doorstep courtesy of Randy Green!!! I had such a great experience working with him. He truly made my day. Here’s a brief summary of t delivered to my doorstep courtesy of Randy Green!!! I had such a great experience working with him. He truly made my day. Here’s a brief summary of the events: I bought my etron in October from another local Audi dealer. I subsequently returned there to order floor mats. After waiting several days and making many follow up phone calls I was I formed that the floor mats I wanted were not available. This is where Randy gets involved. I called him at Audi bethesda and he guaranteed me that the mats were available and that he could deliver them to my door and at a discount!! He called me over the course of the next few days to inform me of delays and then personally delivered the mats to UPS once they arrived to his office. This is the level of service that I would have expected from the dealership where I bought my car but did not get. Audi Bethesda has won my respect and business going forward. Thank you so much. More

Second Audi from Jacob Jay My wife and I recently took delivery of our second new Audi from Jacob Jay - we ordered a specific Q5 a few months ago, and he kept us updated through My wife and I recently took delivery of our second new Audi from Jacob Jay - we ordered a specific Q5 a few months ago, and he kept us updated throughout the process. Simone and Lindsay in finance assisted in getting the deal structured and all the numbers worked out in advance. Paperwork was quick and easy, and the car was detailed and ready out front when we arrived; he made sure to go over all the new features and tech compared to her old A6 as well. Overall, another smooth and painless purchase; we’ll definitely be back when it’s time for our next purchase! (Thanks also to Randy in parts for accommodating me with some last minute requests that I forgot to ask about when we took delivery!) More

Jacob Jay was fantastic! I picked up my new RS3 at Audi Bethesda two weeks ago, and am absolutely in love with this car. I was referred to Jacob Jay by a colleague, and he did I picked up my new RS3 at Audi Bethesda two weeks ago, and am absolutely in love with this car. I was referred to Jacob Jay by a colleague, and he did an excellent job! I was able to get the exact configuration I wanted, and he kept me updated throughout the build process. When it arrived, he sent extensive photos, and we worked out details on structuring the purchase before I came in to expedite things. Jacob had my RS3 detailed and fueled, and had reserved a parking space next to it so that it was the first thing I saw as I pulled into the dealership. Simone in the finance office had already prepared things for me, and the actual purchase was a painless and enjoyable half an hour. I've put nearly 1,000 miles on the car already, and look forward to working with Jacob, Simone, and the rest of their supporting team at Audi Bethesda for many future vehicles as well! More
