It took us 7 1/2 hours to buy a car! Randy was good but was taking care of multiple customers at once, so we were waiting for each step of the deal. The last time we were in the market for a new vehicle, we had some awful experiences at dealerships up north. The salesmen were rude and pushy, and it was just bad experiences. We ended up coming back to our hometown dealership, where we had an incredible experience, and we vowed to never buy anywhere else. Since that time, our local dealer does not sell new cars, so when the new Traverse's came out, I told my husband I'd wait till they had been out a while and have our local dealer find me a used one. While out shopping one day in December, my husband suggested we stop at Sapaugh becuase we knew they had a new Traverse, and we wanted to see it to be 100% sure that's what we wanted. From the time we met our salesman, Randy, he was helpful, informative, and never pushy. He answered all our questions, showed us all the features of the car, and was just great to work with. We ended up buying a brand new Traverse that day and will continue to buy from Sapaugh as long as Randy is there. That was over a month ago, and I stopped in there today to pick up some floor mats that we ordered, and Randy was once again incredibly helpful. He worked hard and earned our trust and our business!
