We had two small kids with us, a hot day, wiggly kids....and had several people offer us water (and or other drinks/snacks), smiles and friendliness - so necessary with little kids. He took the time to work with his sales manager to make sure I felt I was getting the deal I wanted. He explained the process very clearly.
