Not only are you fixing the same problem with my vehicle a month later, you guys also didn’t want to give me a rental vehicle for this inconvenience. Just because you all did a half xxx job and have to go b a month later, you guys also didn’t want to give me a rental vehicle for this inconvenience. Just because you all did a half xxx job and have to go back and fix the issue with my vehicle, doesn’t mean my daily responsibilities stop so yes I do need a rental, no questions asked. On top of all of that, you guys don’t give me any updates without me having to constantly ask for updates. Then, the tech that’s supposed to work on my vehicle is constantly out on vacation. Then you wanna restrict how far I can go in the vehicle only 150 miles out. I wanna go on vacation too. Could be on a road trip in my car if you all had done your job correctly the first time around. And to top it all I still have to pay a car note on a vehicle I’m not even driving because it’s being worked on!!! I would rather my car just break down completely and be stranded than to bring it to this or any ford dealership at that because you alls service sucks ASSSSSSS ! I almost gave Chasady a great review when I had first came but something told me to hold my tongue. I’m not sure if I can fully give her a compliment because she’s delaying information to me that doesn’t sound good. And now I was told that it will be ready on Thursday and that was a lie. So I’ve just been lied to all the way around. Not given the proper information to make me feel reassured that you guys are doing your best to keep your customer happy. It feels like you just want my money and don’t care about how I feel. So when you hear all of this about my experience with you guys, what do you feel should happen now? No sorry apology is gonna make me feel better. No little discount off my service is going to fix this either. I shouldn’t even be paying for the service due to you all not doing your job properly to begin with. More

Here is my review to the manager Jason since he did not want to accommodate with me and meet face to face with me to resolve the many issues I have had with them. You might as well leave your car stranded want to accommodate with me and meet face to face with me to resolve the many issues I have had with them. You might as well leave your car stranded and broke down somewhere before taking it to them and at this point any Clement Ford dealership because they just want your money and do not care about their customers AT ALL!!!!!! More

Absolutely Regret This Purchase – Repeated Transmission Failures and Poor Service I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer brand new, and within just 6 months the transmission failed and had to be replaced und Failures and Poor Service I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer brand new, and within just 6 months the transmission failed and had to be replaced under warranty. At 99,000 miles, it failed again, but this time the dealership misdiagnosed the issue, charged me $1,256.35 for an unnecessary axle/actuator repair, and only later admitted it was actually the transmission again. Despite their service director and team acknowledging the mistake and promising a refund, I’ve received no follow-up, no refund, and no accountability. The entire ownership experience has been riddled with mechanical issues and poor customer service. I would never recommend this vehicle or this dealership. Buyers beware — especially if you're depending on your vehicle for safety and reliability. More

I had previously written a review about my experience at Clement, buying a Bronco and being told by 2 sales associates that it came with a hard and soft top, only to find out later that I had been misinform Clement, buying a Bronco and being told by 2 sales associates that it came with a hard and soft top, only to find out later that I had been misinformed. Randy, the sales manager, replied that in a post (not by phone or in person) that "he was sorry for the misunderstanding." There was no misunderstanding on my part! I was told by the sales representatives at the time of purchase that the vehicle came with a soft top. I understood it very clearly as I had been shopping for Broncos for a few months and most of them come with both tops. Randy also advised that the window sticker on the vehicle clearly outlines the features included. It should be noted that if you go to the dealership, the windows on the vehicles are tinted and you cannot see anything, including the price or options on the sticker, which is why the question was asked by me....2 x. There was no follow up call by the associate or manager as to what they would do to rectify the situation. Thru an online review he posted "We're sorry for any confusion this caused and understand your frustration. I'm working closely with our team to ensure that everyone is properly trained and can clearly explain vehicle features in the future." H OW DOES THAT HELP ME or RECTIFY THE SITUATION? I'm not sure if it is improper training or just pushing to sell a vehicle and telling the customer what they want to hear and NOT STANDING BY WHAT THEY SAID. What horrible customer service. I purchased a $60,000 vehicle from them and that is what I get??? Not an offer to provide a soft top or even split the cost? I will continue to post on every forum possible advising customers to be wary of shopping at Clement Ford as they do NOT stand by what they tell you when you're buying a vehicle. More

Awful experience with the administrative/management of Clement. We are working on a 5 month old issue of a cancellation warranty that should have taken 5 days. Ford Protect has been wonderful and extremely helpful. Too bad the staff at Clement didn't care about customer's after the sale! If you are reading this, I suggest looking at another Ford dealer to make your new/used car purchase. We are entitled to our opinions and reviews, and had we not needed a new vehicle fairly quickly I would have done more research on this dealer. They were the only one who had the color within a 4 hour drive, we drove 90 miles to this dealer. Hindsight, we should have waited a little longer - our last new vehicle purchase was 20 years ago and it was flawless. This has been worst than a root canal, at least that pain goes away after a short time ... this has been going on Since April 29, 2024. I pray we don't need to get our attorney involved, cha-ching, Clement Ford is not worth your time! More
