Very poor communication between salesman and finance officer. We waited over 3 hours to sign papers and I was paying cash. I threatened to leave when the place was closing down and we were still waiting officer. We waited over 3 hours to sign papers and I was paying cash. The finance officer told us he had no idea we were waiting! The sales staff was watching YouTube while I was steaming mad waiting to meet the finance guy snd it wasn’t until they thought they were going to lose a sales did they finally jump!
