Went in for muffler and a tire and I looked for my car in the service shop area and didn't see it and more than 2 hours later, I was informed that they had to take my car directly to a muffler shop because t the service shop area and didn't see it and more than 2 hours later, I was informed that they had to take my car directly to a muffler shop because they didn't have the correct tool for it and wasn't informed this information until after they took my car there which I didn't think was right, but in the end they did give me a coupon for an oil change. I am not happy with Janesville Kia, because no one reached out after I bought the vehicle to see how I was doing and if I had any questions which I did and have contacted the person several times regarding the paperwork that was done and never heard anything back. Not really goo customer service when no one return calls. More

The overall experience was good, and I got a great deal on the car I was looking for. There were a few hidden charges and the lack of a 2nd key for the vehicle that made my rating fall from a 5-star rating on the car I was looking for.
