This experience has been a rollercoaster but in a great way. Went in knowing the car I wanted and Derrick was so kind and helpful. My 2023 Hyundai Tucson had just gotten on the lot so we had to wait for the UVI to be done and a few things to get fixed. We were offered a loaner vehicle (which we didn’t need but was so appreciated) and Derrick made sure to keep us updated on the status of the vehicle. My two young kids accompanied myself and my husband and everyone was so kind and patient with our sleepy kiddos. The process was smooth and I am so in love with my mom car. I highly recommend Patriot and Derrick if you are needing a new vehicle. They will take great care of you! More
