Disappointing and deceiving I am rescinding my prior post as of April 5th. We are very disappointed and angry that they sold us a used vehicle, a 2011 Hyundai Tuscon that needed I am rescinding my prior post as of April 5th. We are very disappointed and angry that they sold us a used vehicle, a 2011 Hyundai Tuscon that needed repairs. It is all about the money and the commission and not about the customers satisfaction. Service I must say did fix it and we were not charged but that is not the point. The point is their pre-owned vehicles are supposed to be tested and they are not. There is no way on this earth that they looked at this vehicle for mechanical issues. After only having it 4 days it had to be towed to Dickson City which is 45 minutes to an hour from our home. When we returned with the loaner vehicle they gave us I expressed my disappointment and it was brushed off like I said Good Morning. The manager, Richard, who sat with us when we purchased this piece of crap walked right past us, looked right at me and had no clue who we were. No acknowledgement at all. Not even a hello. The salesman, Ramon, never even apologized for the inconvenience. This is the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I cannot trust this vehicle to go any distance which was the whole purpose of getting it in the first place. It is now our main vehicle. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I ever recommend someone to go there. What a waste of our time and we now have to pay for this piece of crap they stuck us with. More

The dealmaker is amazing! Went to Dickson city Hyundai to buy a used 2015 ram 1500 they had on their used lot, and I couldn't of been happier with my experience! We weren't on the lot for more than 5 minutes when we were approached by Ramon aka the dealmaker, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal and left with the truck! I didn't arrive at the dealership until after 6 pm and they gave me no grief staying there until almost 10:30 to get the deal done for me! Definitely the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car and I wouldn't hesitate to return to them or to recommend them! A+ More
