ALL the service technicians are great. Last week we had a good experience when Justin Alstatt came up to us to offer his help. My husband was crawling under his Escalade to see if a sti Last week we had a good experience when Justin Alstatt came up to us to offer his help. My husband was crawling under his Escalade to see if a stick was stuck somewhere causing a noise. He was coming to pick me up after I left my Lincoln MKX to have a flat tire repaired. Justin was in sales but offered his assistance, not knowing what our need was. Long story short, we left both our vehicles for service and Justin drove us home. The end of the story is that I bought a new-to-me 2021 Lincoln Nautilus from Justin who delivered an exceptional sales experience. All I was going to do is get my tire repaired. Why isn't Justin's name listed under the Sales Dept? More

I guess that’s what you get when the population of starke is 5000 people and inbreds get grandfathered in to work at the dealership. Rudeness and dishonesty can go a long way Murray. From service advisors to service directors take your car elsewhere cause Murray ford’s people are incompetent little droolers. More

I have 5 dealerships local to me, but I drove over an hour to get to this dealership. Ramon helped me find a truck that was a great deal that would fit my budget and would work for what I needed. 100% I hour to get to this dealership.
