To tell the truth. I has been seeking a price on a 2020 Outback. Three dealers were advised of my request. Two other dealers told me that official pricing had not been e I has been seeking a price on a 2020 Outback. Three dealers were advised of my request. Two other dealers told me that official pricing had not been established, even though the Subaru web page had published MSRPs. Ramon responded to my request, asking me what trim level and what options I wanted. I told what I was looking for and he replied with a price and an invitation to bring my trade-in for an appraisal. The used car sales manager offered me a fair price and Ramon wrote up the order. He placed the order on August 22, and said I should expect delivery in November. On September 26, Ramon called and sent an email advising me my Outback had arrived. The next day, I picked up my new Outback. It was exactly what I ordered at the price we agreed on. I am very pleased with the whole experience. More
