After being underwhelmed and annoyed by sales associates at other BMW dealerships, I walked into Pompano Beach BMW. I am fortunate that I did. From top to bottom, my experience was seamless, transparent, and easy. We made quick work with the negotiations and a deal was done in record time with no annoyance whatsoever. I had substantial, enjoyable contact with the Sales Manager. My sales associate, Monique, was great. The GM came to shake my hand. The car prep was done promptly too. I also had a great experience with their technology guru who educated me on all new features and handled all my phone connections and car operation options. First class service from a first class dealership. I highly recommend these folks. More
