This is the second time I have dealt with philips and this is the second time that I have been pleased to deal with salesmen rami alamawi. These days its hard to walk into a dealership and not feel press this is the second time that I have been pleased to deal with salesmen rami alamawi. These days its hard to walk into a dealership and not feel pressured to buy a car but with rami I felt 100% in control. He listened to everything I wanted and matched me with the right car. He toke his time and answered all my questions, not once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time like other salesmen do. Rami was a huge help! We told him what we were looking for and he found it and made it happen.He is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. As far as customer service, he has it! Rami always is willing to help out in any way he can! He will do what ever it takes to keep customers and myself happy!
