Rude, lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional at every opportunity. Called in advance to schedule a simple repair. First available appointment is always two weeks out. First appointment, did not have the part and kept me waiting over 4hrs just for a ride home. Second appointment, still didn't have the right parts, kept the vehicle all day and didn't even bother to call to update me. Third appointment, they forgot they had asked me to come in, made to wait, treated disrespectfully. After almost 3 months and 4 visits the vehicle still is not fixed. Anytime I call I am out on hold for a long period of time only to be brushed off and told to bring the vehicle in a few weeks. Worst service department. Worst customer service. Ralph and the other service writer are both completely rude and incompetent.

My experience with this dealership lately the last couple
years I've been pretty poor they don't cheer with respect they honor anything they sold us and how do you treat people like that that spend over $50,
