We took our Audi 8L for service and worked with Ralph Perez. He was very pleasant and helpful. As it turned out it made more sense to trade the car in then fix it. Ralph put me in touch with Farzy Rash Perez. He was very pleasant and helpful. As it turned out it made more sense to trade the car in then fix it. Ralph put me in touch with Farzy Rashid. Farzy looked at the situation and we worked together for a week to put together a deal that made sense. Both these guys were hard workers with great follow up and looked for my best interest the whole time! Thank you guys I’m enjoying my new car! More

Ramon Flores in service helped us so much with our A3. We ended up upgrading to an S5 with an amazing salesman named Matt Rodriguez. He is friendly, professional, courteous and not pushy at all. We got a chance to meet Brett, the sales manager, for a brief moment as well and we were very impressed with his amazing customer service. You can tell he is a good leader for his entire team. Keep up the great work guys! More

I had a fantastic experience working with Farzy Rashid at the dealership. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the entire process of acquiring a vehicle incredibly easy. This was my first time at Audi Ontario and it was an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I appreciate that I did not have to wait around for my appointment - it was at 10 am an excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
